Business Litigation & Disputes

Craig has represented companies of all shapes and sizes, across a broad array of professions, industries and trades - from the publicly-held, Fortune 100 powerhouse to the sole proprietorship or small, closely-held, family-run entity and individuals as well.

Craig devotes himself fully to his clients - taking on their problem as though it were his own. Craig believes that it is necessary to have an intimate understanding of the essence of the entity on a macro-level - its operations, philosophies, practices and goals - in order to obtain the best, most creative solution or result for a client's immediate need, while also tailored to the long term interests of the entity.

Craig's business litigation practice occasionally lands him in the MA Superior Court Business Litigation Session (BLS), a sophisticated venue for unusually complicated disputes.  Craig is familiar with the unique (often expedited) procedures, standards applied, and the significantly heightened expectations in that court.
