Construction Litigation & Disputes (Public Projects)
Craig's construction law experience is extensive and varied. From his very first case to the present day, Craig's practice has emphasized construction litigation, both public and private, on projects ranging from massive to small and routine.
Craig's notable public construction experience has included: Boston's infamous "Big Dig," where he represented site work contractors integral to the massive project; the Logan International Airport Terminal E renovation project; numerous public roadway and bridge-building projects; public school construction and renovation projects; Bid Protest proceedings before the Attorney General; and numerous additional jobs large and small.
Craig is often involved on behalf of his contractor clients from the Invitation to Bid through final project close-out, which has him reviewing and negotiating proposed contracts, resolving work issues and modifying claims and contracts to reflect changed or unexpected field conditions, consulting and advising clients during their work performance, preserving and presenting claims for payment, and guiding clients through the requisition approval and payment process.
Craig has extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating public construction disputes that cannot be quickly and fairly resolved, and a long history of excellent results and happy clients.
