Craig often represents employees and former employees who find themselves in work-related disputes, ranging from disciplinary proceedings, suspensions and periods of leave, to involuntary separation from or termination of employment. Craig works to provide valuable counsel as necessary to guide clients through these stressful and important ordeals, and brings claims on their behalf, when warranted and appropriate, in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Superior Court.

Craig also reviews for his clients proposed terms, conditions and contracts relating to prospective employment, and negotiates on their behalf as necessary to best protect and advance their employment-related rights and interests.
